Cancellation & Booking Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, we ask that all clients respect our policy. Cancellations are accepted via phone call or sms response to confirmation text or to 0403 414 312 only. You forfeit your booking fee if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment or do not show.
If a booking fee has not been paid and you cancel within 48 hours or no show you will be required to pay a 50% cancelation fee of the treatment booked at your next appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours or no show more than twice you will be required to pay full payment for all treatments upfront prior to booking any future appointments. If full payment is made to secure your booking and you cancel within 48 hours or do not show for your appointment you will forfeit the full payment.
Please ensure you arrive either 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment or on time. If you arrive 10 minutes late to your appointment we have the right to class this as a no show and the Cancellation Policy will be applied. If you think you may be late, please contact us immediately on (08) 7080 0691 or 0403 414 312 to advise how long you may be, Michelle can advise if she can still treat you. If not the Cancellation Policy applies.
No shows and last minute cancellations seriously disadvantage the business which also mean that other clients cannot book in for these appointment spots. Michelle Pana Brows & Skin has a Booking Policy which is designed to protect not only her business but in turn keep things fair for all clients.
To secure any booking over 1 hour a booking fee of $100 is required.
for all cosmetic tattooing procedures a non refundable or transferable booking fee of $100.00 is required to secure the booking. We allow for one change on Cosmetic tattoo appointments prior to 48 hours of the booked appointment. If the second scheduled appointment needs to be changed we charge a $50 Admin fee which os non refundable, transferable or redeemable.
The order and purchase of anaesthetic is the responsibility of the client. If the client forgets this on the day of their treatment they will forfeit their appointment and their $100 booking fee.
Full payment for all online bookings are required and the Cancellation Policy applies. I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking and kindly request 48 hours so that there is sufficient time to offer the appointment to another person. However, if you don’t provide me with 48hrs notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and the Cancelation Policy will apply.
A friendly reminder to all clients and future clients. I am closed on Sundays and Public Holidays and therefore do not accept messages on those days. Please also keep phone calls and text messages to 0403 414 312 between trading hours - 9 am - 5pm Mondays - Saturdays.
All gift vouchers must be sold at Michelle Pana Brow Studio.
Gift Vouchers Expire after 3 year expiry date unless it is the purchase of a sale item which then has a stated expiry date of the sale.
Gift vouchers are non refundable.
Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is: Redeemable for services only. Not redeemable for cash; Must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card; will be void and will not be redeemed after expiry date.
Cannot be reloaded or increased after issue; is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Purchases exceeding available balance require difference to be paid by other method. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Prepaid Packages are non transferable or refundable.
Prepaid Package value can not be exchanged for a different treatment.
Prepaid courses can not be split or shared.
