Introducing the tHermoCEUTICAL DNA Peel

The DNA peel is an in-clinic treatment that uses a combination of AHAs, BHAs, Enzymes, Vitamins and Peptides to stimulate Collagen production, rejuvenate, hydrate and increase cell turnover without downtime.

Unlike most peels this treatment enlists marine-based Spicules, which are tiny needle-like mineral elements taken from sea sponges. While they are in the skin they create microscopic puncture wounds which kickstart the skin’s collagen production in a less aggressive way than needling.

As an alternative to needling, this peel returns similar results without the discomfort and down time, in a more affordable way.

Treatment Overview

4 step Cleansing phase.
AHA/BHA Peel.
2 step Hydration boost & massage/infuse.
Application of Spicule cream.
Freeze-dried sterile patches applied for incubation of Spicules.
Seal and moisturise.

Client Experience & Downtime

Treatment time varies from 45 to 75 minutes, dependent on choice of massage or device during Hydration boost.
During Spicule application the client may feel a prickly warm sensation with minor discomfort at worst.
At the end of the Treatment, the Spicules remain in the skin for 12-24 hours, at which time they self-neutralise. If the skin feels dry or tight at any time during the active period, the client can begin using the prescribed aftercare products.
After 24 hours, expect the skin to be radiant, vibrant, hydrated and plump. There is no shedding or downtime.

Post-Treatment Home Care

To continue the hydration, regeneration & repair the D-Booster and N-Reverter should be applied AM and PM alongside the client’s normal regime.

Frequency of Treatment

For optimum results, a course of 5 treatments is recommended – these could be taken weekly or fortnightly dependent on client preference.
On completion of the initial course, a monthly treatment is advised to maintain results.
For clients seeking a quick boost, the DNA peel can also be used on a one-off basis.
