What is PhiLips?

It is in our nature to strive for beautiful things and to be attracted to beauty. For this reason, most women emphasize the contours on their faces or they cover the imperfections with make-up. PhiLips is a technique that allows semi-permanent drawing and lip coloring within the contours. 

The perfect symmetry of lips is formed with the help of PhiApp. Thanks to PhiLips technique, daily make-up becomes permanent while allowing additional pigmentation on the skin to emphasize the contours and successfully conceal imperfections. The PhiLips technique can be used to create a wide variety of styles. Depending on the individual, these may be very natural results or extraordinary makeup effects. In the case of richly colored, full lips, mesmerizing lipstick effects can be achieved. On the other hand, where lips are fully shaded in delicate nudes, they look very natural. Depending on the natural pigmentation of the lips, the color choice, and the intensity of the shading, the result can range from natural to intense. Imbalances and instances of asymmetry can be corrected, and relatively small scars and uneven coloring are concealed.

What is PhiLips training?

PhiLips course is a special education at the Phi Academy that provides all participants with basic knowledge about permanent lip make-up. 

PhiLips is ideal for beginners, as well as for people who have experience in working with permanent makeup and aesthetics.

How long does PhiLips training last?

PhiLips training begins with the one-day live training that consists of two parts:

Part 1.

Theoretical part: how to prepare the client, what PhiLips training includes, a course on hygiene, facial anatomy, color theory, appropriate care after the

treatmen.

Part 2.

The practical part of the exercise of permanent lip make-up on a live model.

What after?

Both the theoretical and practical part of the training takes place under the watchful eye of the Master who is there to answer the Students' questions and provide appropriate support and advice. PhiLips treatment cannot be mastered in one days. The goal of the one-day live training is to learn how to exercise properly through clearly defined tasks. After the live training, participants gain access to the Craftmaster online learning platform, where all registered students go through online education on PhiLips treatment. Participants are required to pass all technical modules on the Craftmaster platform within 6 months with all the necessary support from the Master.

After completing a one-day live training, all participants receive a certificate of attendance, and only after completing the tasks in the Craftmaster application, they receive the appropriate PhiLips Artist certificate as well as their place on the map of Artists or Technicians

within the official Phi Academy website.
